One of the most distinguished streets in Fresno.   From Bullard Avenue north to the Bluffs, both sides of the street are lined with multi-million dollar estates.  Most of them are newer, on an acre of land, and each has its own custom grandeur.  South of Bullard Avenue, most the homes are a little older, but still offer their own architectural beauty.
